We aren’t just a virtual assistant company, we have spent decades refining the processes that bring in more leads, close more deals, saves more time, and ultimately makes investors more money. We took those processes and trained our virtual assistants how to perform them virtually, making BRESS the most effective and efficient real estate virtual assistant specific service available.


The training never stops

In our ongoing pursuit of excellence in real estate. "The training never stops" is not just a catchy term... We literally never stop training our staff. Of course, there are always new hires that need to get spun up before they can start helping our customers. I'm not talking about new hire training, I'm talking about our tenured staff that usually know more about real estate investing then our customers. We are constantly teaching them to recognize opportunities before the client they are working for.

We stick around

​When you purchase a plan from Business and Real Estate Solutions and Service (BRESS) we stick around and manage your account. Assigning tasks and keeping your staff busy is our problem not yours. We need you to focus on closing sales not micromanaging your staff. Your Primary (Project Manager) will be expecting a DAILY call with you. They will manage your staff and keep the leads coming. If there is ever a problem you can contact them directly. You will sign up with BRESS because you want to be a real estate investor but you will stay for the results. We love our system and we know you will love it as well.

Forewarned is Forearmed

We believe knowledge is power, that is why we do so much work on the property before we send it to you. We want you to be ready with all the necessary info before you get the property owner on the phone. That way you can successfully lead the conversation where you want it to go and close the deal. We are big believers in "staying in your lane" We do the research you close the deals. That is a win-win and keeps us both smelling like roses.

About our process.

Direct Communication

You will be working directly with your primary contact. We just call them the "primary".

Your primary will be dedicated to your account, they will not change unless you request a change (that never happens)

Your staff will contact potential deals directly. The staff will call, email, text or whatever it takes to get all the important info we will need for that deal.

Once contact is made the info will be sent directly to you. If you have questions you can ask the person that actually found the info in the first place.

Daily Check-Ins

You will be on the phone every day with your primary. At first, these calls are a little longer but they get shorter and shorter once YOUR learning curve mellows out.

These calls will give you a chance to ask questions and get caught up on what is happening with your ongoing deals/leads.

These daily calls are a great time to assign tasks if there are things you need to be done that we haven't already done.

When you do have a deal ready to go, you will have a live person ear to make sure the paperwork is in order and all the admin part of the deal is taken care of.

Data Mining

This is the real meat and potatoes of the whole process. Your trained staff will be doing busy work while you focus on closing sales.

First, they find potential properties using various methods. Then do all the research required to get the contact info of the owner.

Then they work on the value of the house, what it's worth now, what we will need to purchase it at and the rehab budget.

If everything checks out they send you the lead with correct contact info, details on the property. This way when you get the property owner on the phone you already know the answers to the questions you are about to ask.
